  1. Campurkan tepung beras,terigu,garam dan air. Panaskan sambil terus d aduk2 sampai kalis.
  2. Cetak adonan yg sudah matang. Saya pake parutan yg lubangnya besar2. Pakainya permukaan blkang ya,bukan yg utk marut. Taruh adonan d atas parutan lalu tekan adonan k kanan dan k kiri. Sediakan mangkok yg udah ad airnya yaa jdi pas nyetak lngsung nyemplung ke mangkok..
  3. Utk gula cair,saya pakai stngah kilo gula merah drebus dg 4gelas air tmbahkan daun pandan dan stngah sendok teh garam. Rebus sampai gula larut,dan agak mngental. Lalu saring.
  4. Santan saya pakai parutan stngah buah kelapa yg tidak trllu tua. Dcampur 4 gelas air plus 1 sachet kara 65ml. Dhangatkan.
  5. Penyajiannya susun es batu,cendol,santan dan gula. Lalu siap d nikmati 😍. Untuk resep ini cendolnya hrus lngsung d makan ya,jgn trlalu lama d rendam d air nnti jadi blenyek. Jdi begitu d cetak lngsung d sajikan..
